Founded in 2008, the National Diversity Council has been dedicated to being both a resource and an advocate for the value of diversity and inclusion. The NDC serves as the umbrella organization to support our statewide and regional affiliates, which foster an understanding of diversity and inclusion as a dynamic strategy for business success and community well-being through various initiatives.

Mission – To bring together prominent members of the entertainment industry and foster discussion regarding inclusion and diversity.
Vision – An entertainment industry that reflects the diversity of life it purports to depict both on and off the screen
